1. *Selection*: Browse our collection of elegant gowns, perfect for parties and evening events. Select your desired piece(s) and complete the rental booking process on our website or by visiting our showroom.

2. *Rental Period*: Our standard rental period is 7 days. If you need an extended rental period, please contact us to discuss availability and additional charges.

3. *Reservation Deposit*: A reservation deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited towards your total rental fee.

1. *Pick-Up*: Gowns can be picked up from our showroom in Atlanta, Georgia between 10:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday to Friday. Please bring a valid ID and your reservation confirmation for verification.

2. *Delivery*: We offer delivery services within across the continental 50 State for an additional fee. If you opt for delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive the gown during the scheduled time.

1. *Return Time*: All rented gowns must be returned by 5:00PM on the due date. Late returns will incur additional charges of 20% of the rental fee per day.

2. *Return Condition*: Gowns must be returned in the same condition as they were rented, free of stains, tears, or other damages. We recommend avoiding wearing perfumes or body sprays that might leave a lingering scent.

3. *Damage Policy*: Any damage to the gown will be assessed, and the cost of repairs or full replacement may be deducted from the deposit or charged to the renter.

4. *Cleaning*: We handle the cleaning of all our gowns. Please do not attempt to clean the gown yourself, as improper cleaning can cause damage.

1. *Payment*: The remaining balance of the rental fee is due upon pick-up or before delivery. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Zelle, Paypal…

2. *Security Deposit*: A security deposit of 50% of the gown’s retail value is required at the time of pick-up or delivery. This deposit will be refunded within 3 days after the gown is returned and inspected, provided there are no damages or late fees.

3. *Cancellation Policy*: Cancellations made 10 business days before the rental start date will receive a full refund of the reservation deposit. Cancellations made 4-9 business days before the rental start date will receive 50% of deposit. Cancellations made within 3 business days of the start date will forfeit the deposit.

1. *Fitting Appointments*: We recommend scheduling a fitting appointment before renting to ensure the gown is the perfect fit. Alterations are not permitted on rented gowns.

2. *Liability*: Luwiza Moda Llc is not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or other incidents that occur while wearing the rented gown.

3. *Agreement*: By renting a gown from Luwiza Moda Llc, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined above.
