Refund Policy

All custom garments are final sale because each piece is made specifically for the client.

The $150 private consultation fee is non-refundable and credited toward a confirmed custom order if deposit is placed within 14 days.

A 70% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted and deposits are forfeited.

Any construction concern must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the garment.
