Private consultations are confirmed only after payment of the $150 consultation fee. This fee is non-refundable and credited toward a confirmed custom order if the deposit is placed within 14 days.

All custom garments are produced according to approved design direction, measurements, fabrics, and finishing details.

A 70% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. Remaining balance must be completed before final collection or shipment.

Production timelines typically range from 4–8 weeks depending on design complexity, fabric availability, embellishment, and fitting requirements.

All sketches, technical drawings, garment concepts, and website content remain the intellectual property of Luwiza Moda LLC.

Luwiza Moda LLC reserves the right to decline projects that do not align with production capacity or brand standards.
